After you have made your reservation in one of our apartments in Sitges the following conditions are valid.

Deposit:
30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
70% upon arrival in CASH and not by creditcard.

Security deposit: per reservation upon arrival: We make a copy of your credit card on you checking in to the apartment.  Should there be any damage to the apartment, you will be contacted regarding debiting your card.   No charge is made without coming to an agreement. Upon departure the apartment is inspected and the security deposit is destroyed.

Cleaning costs: per reservation are included in the booking. If the apartment is left in an unfit state you will be charged for additional cleaning.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation you will not be paid back your deposit of 30%.
Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or for a “no show” you will be charged 100% via credit card.

Check in/out:
Check in on the day of arrival will be after 15.00 hours.
Check out on the day of departure will be before 11:00 hours. Check in after 20:00 is

20 €.  Check-in between 22:00 to 24:00 is 40 €.  If arriving after midnight, please contact us.

Keys:

Keys are left inside the apartment on departure. 

Office Hours:

10:00 to 18:00

Sitges Apartamentos does not accept any liability for any accidents or theft of the tenent´s posessions during the period of occupancy. (Sitges Apartamentos reccomends that, in your own interests you take out the appropriate holiday insurance). Please remember that Sitges Apartamentos is at your service for any further information or assistance you may require in connection with this agreement.
